pedestrian population also fluctuates depending on the objects being rendered on screen. the game frequently dips into the 10-25 frames per second range.and suffers from some severe mass effect style pop in with various issues with cars of the same type spawning or not spawning at all. the graphics are as good as they can be for a game of its size but its performance is hurt by it. If you go back to gta v its a game that feels as if it came out several years ago. some people (like myself) may view this a proof the real Grand Theft Auto V is on the new generation. This is most likely due to the fact that it was released at the end of the 7th generation. replaying it recently made me realize that this game would not have survived as long as gta 3, vice city, san andreas and IV did.
The Grand Theft Auto V that was released last year on xbox 360 and playstation 3 did not age well in my opinion.
